About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical evaluations and conformity assessment activities for fire-resistant doors and associated accessories within the organization’s accreditation schemes.
- Develop, plan, and manage fire testing and certification programmes tailored to product performance requirements.
- Review, interpret, and assess fire-resistance test reports from global laboratories and ensure compliance with international standards,
- Conduct Factory Production Control (FPC) audits, product sampling activities, and surveillance assessments as required.
- Participate in technical meetings, industry events, exhibitions, training sessions, and seminars, representing the organisation in a professional manner.
- Contribute to the creation of internal guidance notes, templates, and rationale documents.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fire testing, passive fire protection, product certification, conformity assessment, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
- Good understanding of fire testing and performance standards such as BS, EN, ISO, ASTM, NFPA, UL, and other relevant international standards.
- Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, test reports, engineering assessments, and product specifications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for audits, sampling activities, client meetings, and industry events.
