Whether it’s for product development or to meet project requirements we have repeatedly utilised, since early 2000, the excellent lab testing facilities at TBW. We just know from the start of each assignment that things will run smoothly and efficiently with their experienced team. Even at short notice they have never let us down to have a test rig ready for us and to slot us in for testing. The whole testing process runs like clockwork and reports are issued within just a couple of days after the test has been completed.

We (PFEIFER) first collaborated with Thomas Bell-Wright in 2022. Since then, we have availed the services of the testing institute on several occasions. Our experiences with the Thomas Bell-Wright Institute have consistently been very positive. Particularly noteworthy are the expertise, supportive service, and excellent and prompt communication/response. A preliminary test report is provided immediately after the conducted tests. This preliminary report is already quite informative and usually sufficient for assessment purposes. A more detailed test report is later provided by Thomas Bell-Wright. Working with Thomas Bell-Wright has always been competent and respectful, and the tests have been carried out to our utmost satisfaction
