Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Logistics, Administration and Procurement Support professional (Saudi National preferable) to act as a central point of coordination across all departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. The role will support efficient procurement processes, manage the planning and movement of teams, equipment and materials, and assist with logging work completed, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records, enabling the technical team to focus on delivering high-quality services.
Qualifications
Experience in procurement, logistics and administration processes for at least 2-3 years
Proven skills in supplier evaluation, supply chain and contract negotiation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in communication and teamwork
Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
