Role Description
• Prepare and submit professional offers and technical proposals tailored to project needs.
• Maintain strong client engagement throughout the sales cycle — from initial enquiry to closing.
• Update and manage all sales interactions, communications, and opportunity status in the CRM.
• Follow up with clients to secure feedback, feedback responses and conversions.
• Collaborate with Management to plan, track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in new market segments, proactively expanding the client base and bringing in new business.
Qualifications
• Three years experience in sales engineering, technical sales or façade/related industry.
• Strong communicator with technical understanding and commercial awareness.
• CRM-proficient with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Results-driven, team-orientated, and proactive in customer engagement.
